saga & sanning

For the pessimistic Sanning every day is the same: people antagonize him. He usually calls them “trolls”: phonies, fakers, and liars. Then he meets the happy-go-lucky troll Saga.
She was made in the Troll Factory, a propaganda machine, but, according to her, she isn’t able to lie at all.

traagheid

Lars is an anxious boy who fears confrontation. His main strategy in life is putting things off until it’s physically impossible to keep going. His biggest fear is the future and the consequences of his actions.
During a group project he works on with Puck and Daan, he finds out he can stop time. Perfect! Now deadlines won’t ever be an issue again.
… Right?

Puck is a confident prankster who doesn’t care about school at all. She’d much rather goof off. In actuality though, she is scared of people getting disappointed in her again, so might as well make it funny, right?
She’s had the power to stop time for a while, and uses it for maximum mischief: pulling down pants, tying shoelaces together, placing thumb tacks in places they shouldn’t be…
And while it’s frozen it’s a great time to vent your frustrations.

Daan is a very confident, no nonsense guy who cares about achieving and becoming the top student. His obsession with school reaches all corners of his life and psyche. He is very scared about being in the moment, he only ever thinks about how great life will be if everything goes perfectly!
Daan would never admit to stopping time. But if he did, subconciously, it would be a great explanation for why exactly he seems to have so much time on his hands.
